EVERY BODY TYPE!!!  Big,small, tall, short, it doesn't matter

Who does Yoga:  People who are stressed, relaxed, strong, weak, flexible, tight, happy, sad, mad, out of shape, in shape, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, uncles, aunts, grandmas and grandpas..  All ages... no limit

Yoga is non competitive.  It doesn't matter where I'm at or your neighbor, what matters is that you are doing something good for your body you are feeling a sensation, you feel alive...It doesn't matter what the pose looks like, every body's body is different, we have different life experiences that have shaped us in to who we are today.  I guide you how to align your body into each pose and you work within your physical abilities to get there.  We never do anything that hurts, if it hurts you back out of it and don't do it.. It'z ok..  You want to feel a nice stretch.  We listen to our body, if it says it's not ready to try something, or it doesn't feel right, then we back out of it and when we are feeling stronger and ready we try it.

We always honor our body.. Be happy wherever you are at.

You come to class stressed and leave feeling renewed, relaxed and alive...

You can challenge yourself, I instruct on how to challenge yourself, to work those muscles to build strength, or you can be gentle, we modify when we want to or need to, we work on flexibility, strength, balance and focus.  The intensity is up to you.. It's your class.
